Direct Primary Care is a self-pay primary care model designed to reduce insurance
friction, support longer visits, and give patients a more direct relationship with their
provider. This program is not health insurance and does not replace emergency, hospital,
or specialty coverage.

Uninsured or self-pay patients may be entitled to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Ask the office before scheduling and before additional labs, imaging, or outside services are ordered.
Is this insurance?
No. A self-pay program is not health insurance and does not replace emergency coverage, specialty coverage, hospital coverage, or prescription benefits.
Can I still use insurance for other care?
Many patients may use self-pay for selected visits while keeping insurance for other services. Patients should confirm how their plan handles claims, labs, imaging, prescriptions, referrals, and specialist care.
